What makes handball special for you?
For me, handball is much more than just the sport on the field. It’s this special connection between fans and players. When you meet the people after every home game and know many faces in the stands, you realize that they are part of the club. This makes it feel different – more personal and just like a big community.

On the field, I’m sometimes very energetic, but otherwise I’m more of a quiet person. I like to train and work on myself, but when I’m at home, I also like to switch off. Then it can happen that I just lie on the couch and don’t get up for the time being.
Your tip for young up-and-coming handball players?
Find the path that suits you. Everyone has their own ideas and ideas, but in the end, you have to find what works for you. Trust in what you can do, and at the same time, don’t be afraid to take advice. Sometimes others recognize things in you that you don’t yet see yourself.
