What makes handball special for you?
For me, handball is something special because I was able to turn my passion into a profession. At the same time, sport gives me the opportunity to be there for my family. I really appreciate this balance between competitive sport and private life.

You should train a lot. On the one hand on the ball, but also the physical things like strength and athleticism. That’s part of it if you want to develop. But the most important thing is: Have fun with handball. Because if the joy is missing, it will be difficult to stick with it in the long term.
Your tip for young up-and-coming handball players?
Have fun with what you do and don’t focus too much on one thing. Always try to learn something new. As with everything in life, you can always develop yourself.
