YoungsterS ahead of next away game in Flensborg

For the youngsters of SC Magdeburg, the next away task of the new season is on Saturday, September 26, when the team meets DHK Flensborg at 4:30 p.m. After three successful home games, the Magdeburgers want to build on their recent performances away from home and pick up the next points.

DHK Flensborg is currently in seventh place in the table and has already celebrated two victories in the current season. Flensborg won 30-25 against HG Hamburg-Barmbek, and a 24-27 away win at Oranienburger HC. As guests of TSV Burgdorf II, the game then ended in a draw. The team only had to admit defeat against SV 04 Plauen-Oberlosa with 25-22. This means that DHK goes into the encounter with the YoungsterS with three games without defeat from the first four games.

Last season, both teams also fought two close duels. In the first leg, the YoungsterS were able to lead for a long time, but had to settle for a 34-34 draw a few seconds before the final whistle. In the second leg, the YoungsterS then showed a strong performance from the start and convinced in particular with a stable defense. In the end, they prevailed 33-29.

The YoungsterS now want to build on their recent performances in Flensburg. After the defeat in the first away game at EHV Aue, the team has been able to convince in the last three home games and visibly develop. In Flensburg, a sovereign game is now to follow from the start. Throw-off is on Saturday, September 26, at 4:30 p.m.
