2. Eligibility
Participation in the campaign is free of charge and is reserved for adults who have an internet connection and an e-mail address and are resident in Germany.
By registering at the time of registration, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions of participation. Participation is possible until the start of each match (home and away games of SC Magdeburg in the Handball Bundesliga).
3. Exclusion of participation
Employees, freelancers and authorised representatives of the organiser are excluded from participation. Participants who use unauthorized aids, try to manipulate the vote in any other way or violate these conditions of participation will also be excluded. In these cases, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw and reclaim prizes retrospectively.
4. Participation, Prizes, Determination of Prizes
After the end of the prediction game of the respective matchday, one winner will be drawn per matchday. The draw will be made at random. The winner of the matchday will receive 1 jersey of the SC Magdeburg season 2025/2026 as a prize. The raffle of this prize will be made among all correct tips of the matchday. The points are awarded as follows: 1 point = correct tendency, 3 points = correct goal difference with correct tendency, 5 points = correct result) The following data must be given to the organiser to send the prize: first name, last name and postal address. At the end of the season, the most successful bettor (highest number of points, in the event of a tie the draw decides) will win a voucher worth 300 euros from Wheelworld.
5. Notification of winners
The winners will be informed by e-mail after the end of the participation period of the respective match day.
6. Participation Period
The prediction game can be accessed at any time via the SC Magdeburg www.scm-handball.de homepage or in the SCM app. The prediction game runs until the kick-off of the last matchday of the 2025/2026 season in the Handball Bundesliga.
7. Disclaimer / Modification and Early Termination of Voting
The organizer is not liable for any transmission errors. The organiser reserves the right to prematurely end the competition prematurely at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible to carry out the voting properly for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons.
By participating, the participant confirms that he or she owns the rights to the submitted image material required for further processing/publication. In the event of unlawful use of image material, it is not the organizer who is liable, but the participant himself.
8. Data protection
By participating, the participant accepts the online competition terms and conditions of participation and agrees that his personal data (name and, in the case of a draw, address data for the transmission of the prize) will be collected, processed and stored by Handball Magdeburg GmbH for the purpose of processing the prize and exclusively in connection with the vote. The data will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data will be deleted when it is no longer needed for the processing of the competition, after one year at the latest. 9. Leaderboard
In the leaderboard, we display the user name, the number of points achieved and the number of tips submitted. By default, the user name is displayed anonymously. An individual user name will only be displayed if you have expressly consented to the entry of the bet (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). If an e-mail address is stored as a user name, the display will remain anonymous even if consent has been given. We will store your consent permanently for further use. You can change your user name at any time in the settings and revoke your consent to publication with effect for the future.
